After receiving more feedback from my teammates, I have designed the female character further. Sukhi provided me with more influence images, which I used along with my original Influence Map.

For me, at the moment, the female character is a bit too similar to the male shape - lacking in feminine curves at the hips...
For your character designs...In essence the charcters are French Chic Illustrations from the 60's...
